I am Esin, from Boston. Yoga has been a part of my life for almost 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and healthier. Yoga inspired me to have a different perspective on life and be more mindful about my being. At this point in my life, I am here as a Face Yoga Teacher offering private and group classes.

The mind, body, and spirit are inherently ours. What a gift!

I love to combine customized sequencing, a bit of playfulness and some inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others flourish their wellbeing by nurturing body, mind, and soul with face yoga.
